APPOINTMENTS & CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Advance reservations for our services are recommended. A valid credit card is required to hold all reservations.
  • We kindly ask that you reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours in advance (48 hours for multiple appointments). Failure to do so will result in a charge of the full service fee. No exceptions.
  • Please ensure you are comfortable with this policy, as it also applies to cancellations or rescheduling due to COVID-19–related circumstances.
  • To cancel or reschedule, please reply to your confirmation email or call 347-889-5050 during business hours.

ARRIVAL

Please arrive 10–15 minutes prior to your appointment time.
Out of respect for other guests, late arrivals may result in a shortened service time while still being charged the full service fee.

CELL PHONES

To maintain a peaceful and relaxing environment, we kindly ask that all cell phones be turned off upon arrival and that voices remain soft within the studio.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS

Please leave all jewelry and valuable items at home. We are not responsible for lost or misplaced belongings.

PRICES & SERVICES

Prices and services are subject to change without notice. We strive to keep our clients informed; however, we encourage you to confirm pricing and service details at the time of booking.

PAYMENTS

We accept cash, major credit cards, and Glo Boutique Facial Studio gift certificates and gift cards.

GRATUITY

Gratuity is not included in service prices. It is at your discretion and always appreciated. Tips may be given directly to your esthetician or at checkout via cash or credit card.

PRECAUTIONS

Please inform us of any medical conditions at the time of booking, as certain treatments may not be suitable for you.
We recommend consulting with your physician before booking if you are pregnant, have allergies, medical conditions, or are taking medications.

CHILDREN

Clients under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian during services. All clients under 18 must have a consent form signed by a parent or guardian.

PURCHASE POLICIES & PROCEDURES

We hope you are delighted with your purchase. However, if you are not fully satisfied, we offer a refund or store credit on products returned within 14 days of purchase, provided they are unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
Once an order leaves Glo Boutique Facial Studio, it is in the care of the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for shipping errors or damages caused in transit. For shipping-related issues, please contact the carrier directly. We will assist you with any necessary claim information.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Unopened and unused products may be returned within 14 days of purchase by contacting us at contact@globoutiquespa.com or 347-889-5050.
A return authorization number and instructions will be provided. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

SHIPPING

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately with your order number, email, and phone number.
Keep all original packaging for inspection. Once confirmed, we will provide return instructions and issue a refund. Replacement items will be shipped at no additional cost.

GIFT CERTIFICATES & GIFT CARDS

  • Gift certificates and gift cards are non-refundable.
  • No fees apply; expiration is 5 years from the date of purchase
  • Redeemable for services and products in-studio only (Paramus & Brooklyn locations)
  • Not redeemable for online purchases or cash
  • Cannot be used to purchase other gift cards
  • Non-transferable and must be used at the issuing location
  • Lost or stolen certificates will not be replaced
  • Resale or unauthorized use is prohibited
